tell me about the mums and bubs classes?
You can bring your Bub (under the age of 18 months) to any of the 9 am classes.
With in mind we have a few “rules”.
- Any baby that is mobile (crawling, walking etc) needs to be in a carrier, pram or worn.
- Any non mobile baby can go on a mat with you, next to you or be worn etc.
- This is for their safety and yours.
We do ask that if your baby becomes unsettled that you take them out side to our little tranquil court yard to settle as to not disrupt the other clients who are trying to train at this time.
The 9 am is open to every one so we just want to be courteous of this.
